I have wanted to be a teacher ever since I was a little girl. I was born and raised in the Bay Area and decided to move to Hawaii for college. There I attended University of Hawaii at Manoa on Oahu and received a bachelors in elementary education and special education. I also received teaching credentials in both subjects. I choose to work in Los Altos because of the supportive community and collaborative environment. As a teacher I focused on ensuring equity for my students and igniting that passion for learning all students possess. When I’m not working, I cherish the time with my friends and enjoy exploring San Francisco.
