• Safari - some new versions of Safari may not launch the Gradebook

Gradebook Not Launching?  Here today gone tomorrow?

Not all browsers are created equal!  A software update can create a problem overnight.  If Gradebook does not launch:

• Try a different browser, there are known issues with Safari
• Make sure your Java is up to date
• Still not working?  Try the new alternate method (see Launching Gradebook in the left menu)
• Call your site tech support or Jackie if you still have problems
