LASD Parents and Community,
Welcome to the Los Altos School District's (LASD)
website. This year I have taken the reins of board president in keeping
with the LASD's long tradition of rotating the role from year to year. I am
honored to serve our community by leading the board of trustees.
This year holds terrific promise for our district. With our
excellent staff, teachers, parents and students we once again are among the top ranked
districts in the state of California, maintaining our consistent record of excellence
for as long as there have been rankings. Our program continues to deliver this high
level of academic excellence to our students, due in large part to the terrific support
of our community.
